Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Starluenc website, Creator Application, Brand Enquiry and related services.

By using the Starluenc website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms where they apply to your use of the service.

01About Starluenc

Starluenc is a creator-growth business that helps creators, brands and businesses explore potential partnerships, collaborations and commercial opportunities.

For the purposes of these Terms, Starluenc is currently operated by:

Sandis Milts, operating Starluenc

Sergeja Eizenšteina iela 49a, Vidzemes priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV‑1079, Latvia

General enquiries: info@starluenc.com

Privacy enquiries: privacy@starluenc.com

Starluenc is currently operating prior to formal company registration. These Terms will be updated with the registered entity name, registration number and legal company details once registration is complete.

02What Starluenc does

Starluenc may:

  • review creator applications and brand enquiries;
  • research creators, brands, products, audiences and potential opportunities;
  • identify possible creator-brand matches;
  • develop collaboration ideas;
  • introduce creators and brands;
  • assist with partnership discussions;
  • coordinate campaigns or commercial opportunities;
  • provide related creator-growth or brand-partnership services.

Starluenc may initiate opportunities based on creator applications, brand enquiries or its own research.

Submitting an application or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, a partnership, a commercial opportunity, income, sales or any particular result.

03Eligibility

Creator Applications are currently open only to people aged 18 or over.

By submitting a Creator Application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Brands and business users must have authority to provide information and communicate on behalf of the relevant organization where applicable.

04Applications and enquiries

Starluenc reviews Creator Applications and Brand Enquiries individually.

We may:

  • accept a profile for further exploration;
  • request additional information;
  • place an application or enquiry on hold;
  • decline to proceed;
  • stop exploring an opportunity at any time before a binding agreement is entered into.

Starluenc is not required to provide an opportunity or explain every decision not to proceed.

05Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is, to the best of your knowledge:

  • accurate;
  • current;
  • relevant;
  • not misleading;
  • lawfully provided.

You must not knowingly submit information that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not entitled to share.

Creators and brands remain responsible for keeping important information up to date where it could materially affect a potential partnership.

06No automatic commitment

A match, introduction, conversation, proposal or campaign idea does not by itself create a binding commercial partnership.

Our principle is:

We explore. You decide.

Creators and brands remain free to accept or decline proposed opportunities unless they have already entered into a separate binding agreement.

No creator is required to promote a brand merely because Starluenc has identified a potential fit.

No brand is required to engage a creator merely because Starluenc has suggested them.

07Separate partnership agreements

Specific commercial opportunities may require a separate written agreement.

That agreement may address matters such as:

  • deliverables;
  • content requirements;
  • compensation;
  • success fees or commissions;
  • attribution and tracking;
  • payment timing;
  • campaign dates;
  • approvals;
  • usage rights;
  • exclusivity;
  • cancellation;
  • refunds;
  • intellectual-property rights;
  • reporting;
  • other campaign-specific conditions.

Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms in relation to a particular partnership, the specific agreement will normally govern that partnership.

08Fees and compensation

Submitting a Creator Application or Brand Enquiry does not by itself create a payment obligation unless clearly stated otherwise.

Where Starluenc charges a success fee, service fee, campaign fee or other compensation, the applicable amount or calculation method will be agreed separately before it becomes binding.

Starluenc does not guarantee creator earnings, brand sales, campaign performance or other financial results.

09Performance-based opportunities

Some Starluenc opportunities may use performance-based compensation, referral codes, tracking links, vouchers, qualified leads, completed sales or other agreed attribution methods.

Where performance compensation applies, the relevant agreement should define:

  • what constitutes an attributable result;
  • the attribution period;
  • the applicable creator or campaign identifier;
  • when commission becomes earned;
  • how returns, cancellations or refunds affect compensation;
  • how and when results are reported;
  • when payment is due.

The existence of a tracking code or referral link alone does not guarantee payment unless the agreed conditions for compensation are satisfied.

10Creator content and disclosures

Creators remain responsible for the content they publish.

Where content constitutes advertising, sponsorship, affiliate promotion or another commercial communication, creators and brands are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, platform and disclosure requirements.

Starluenc may provide campaign guidance, but this does not remove the creator’s or brand’s own legal responsibilities.

11Brand claims and product information

Brands and sellers are responsible for ensuring that information supplied about their products, services, pricing, availability, guarantees, safety, performance and other material characteristics is accurate and lawful.

Starluenc does not independently guarantee every statement supplied by a third-party brand or seller.

12Intellectual property

The Starluenc name, branding, website design, original written materials, graphics, systems and other Starluenc-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless permission is granted, you may not:

  • reproduce substantial Starluenc materials for commercial use;
  • falsely represent yourself as Starluenc;
  • use Starluenc branding in a misleading way;
  • copy proprietary campaign concepts or materials where rights have been expressly reserved.

Creators and brands retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property unless separately agreed otherwise.

Any rights to use campaign content, creator likenesses, photographs, video, trademarks or other materials should be agreed in the relevant partnership agreement.

13Acceptable use

You must not use Starluenc to:

  • submit fraudulent or deliberately misleading information;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • distribute unlawful or harmful material;
  • interfere with the website or its security;
  • misuse creator or brand contact information;
  • conduct unauthorized scraping, spam or abusive outreach;
  • use Starluenc for unlawful activity.

We may restrict access or stop working with users who misuse the service.

14Public information and third-party services

Starluenc may use publicly available professional or commercial information when researching potential creator or brand opportunities.

The website may also link to services operated by third parties, including Google Forms, social networks and brand websites.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Starluenc does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent operation.

15No guarantee of opportunities or results

Starluenc aims to identify relevant and commercially useful connections, but we cannot guarantee:

  • that a creator will receive opportunities;
  • that a brand will find a suitable creator;
  • that any introduction will become a partnership;
  • campaign views or engagement;
  • leads or sales;
  • creator income;
  • business revenue;
  • specific commercial outcomes.

Commercial decisions remain subject to many factors outside Starluenc’s control.

16Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Starluenc is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from:

  • a creator or brand choosing not to proceed;
  • campaign underperformance;
  • inaccurate information supplied by another party;
  • actions taken independently by creators, brands or third parties;
  • interruption or failure of third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17Independent parties

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, creators, brands and Starluenc remain independent parties.

Submission of an application, introduction or participation in an opportunity does not automatically create:

  • an employment relationship;
  • partnership in the legal sense;
  • joint venture;
  • agency relationship;
  • exclusive representation arrangement.

Any representation or exclusivity arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing.

18Suspension or termination

Starluenc may stop considering an application, terminate discussions or suspend access where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • information appears fraudulent or misleading;
  • conduct creates legal or reputational risk;
  • another party’s rights may be affected;
  • these Terms are materially breached;
  • continued involvement is no longer commercially appropriate.

Existing contractual obligations remain governed by any applicable agreement.

19Changes to the service

Starluenc is an evolving business.

We may modify:

  • features;
  • application processes;
  • partnership models;
  • eligibility criteria;
  • pricing or commercial structures;
  • technology providers;
  • website functionality.

Material changes affecting an existing binding agreement will be handled according to that agreement.

20Privacy

Personal information is processed according to the Starluenc Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, how long we retain it and the rights available to individuals.

21Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under EU or other applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

22Disputes

We encourage users to contact Starluenc first so that concerns can be addressed directly.
